Location: Gatineau
Duration: Temporary - 12 months with the possibility of a permanent position
Tasks and responsibilities
- Supervise an account services team;
- Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with clients;
- Understand client needs and manage their expectations;
- Evaluate and negotiate potential communications and advertising agreement proposals with clients;
- Develop strategies, write briefs and follow up on project management;
- Determine what resources are necessary to carry out projects;
- Ensure the branding compliance of projects;
- Deliver projects within allocate timelines and budgets;
- Evaluate and resolve problems that appear along the way;
- Ensure there is good synergy with the various internal and external players;
- Carry out all other related functions that are deemed relevant to this position
Requirements
- University degree in an appropriate field
- More than five years’ relevant experience in a similar role
- Advertising agency experience (an asset)
- Bilingual (written and spoken)
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the federal government network (an asset)
