Sébastien Fauré
Senior Associate, President
After 9 years at the Montreal agency Groupe Cossette, where he moved up the ranks to managing director, Sébastien Fauré took over the management of Bleublancrouge in 2004 to give it a new lease on life. Since his arrival, the agency has broadened its service offering to include all areas of communication. Tremendous growth followed: Bleublancrouge was chosen as agency of the year in the Créa 2007 competition and ranked in the 10 top Canadian agencies in 2008.
A man of vision and passion, Sébastien Fauré has developed communication strategies that go right to the heart of his clients’ business problems, while reaching the true values of various groups of consumers.
This approach has allowed him to contribute, for close to 15 years, to the success of major brands such as Air Canada, Bell, McDonald’s restaurants in Canada, Molson Brewery, General Motors and, most recently, Toyota and Burger King.
His wide experience in the fields of direct marketing, promotions, sponsorships and philanthropy, combined with his experience in advertising, has lent him a global perspective on integrated communication – a key element to achieving Bleublancrouge’s ambition: to change the course of things.
A speaker at numerous events, Sébastien Fauré has also participated on numerous juries, in particular, the Cassies and the Sponsorship Marketing Awards. He also sat on the board of directors of the Association of Quebec Advertising Agencies and the Publicité Club de Montréal before becoming the president of the board of directors of the AAPQ in autumn 2007.
