His career began in the late 80s as a print designer and illustrator in Montreal. After freelancing for 5 years, he decided to join the interactive agency Nurun where for 7 years, he moved up from artistic director to interactive creative director. He perfected his Web design and creative expertise from 2000 to 2005, working with various rapidly expanding creative agencies like Diesel/Sid Lee and Cossette/Fjord. In 2005, he joined the Montreal agency Taxi and became the interactive creative director. He explored increasing numbers of communication channels and led Taxi into the creation of evermore personalized brand experiences for its clients.
Today, his efforts and sense of experimentation have earned him numerous prestigious awards. He is, notably, the only creative talent from Quebec to have received two Lions d’or (Gold Lions) in Cannes. Always aware of his responsibilities, Dominique also seeks to contribute to the creative community by participating on the juries of the highest-profile competitions.
