Thanks to an exceptional background in societal and behavioural communication as well as the services industry, Hubert has become a world-renowned expert in his fields. With over 36 years of experience, he has worked for major public companies such as STM, managing communications and establishing a strategic communications plan that has since acquired a following. He has also worked with behavioural organizations like Éduc’alcool, raising awareness in Quebec as much as elsewhere in Canada, and improving Quebeckers’ relationship with alcohol in a measureable way.
At bleublancrouge, he contributes to the strategic development of public sector clients (Ville de Montréal, the Quebec government’s Healthy Lifestyle Promotion Program, Transports Québec, the fight against domestic violence) and service sector clients (the social responsibility component of the Montreal International Auto Show, the Museum of Civilization, Groupe Télécom, British Airways).
But advertising isn’t the only way to communicate a message. Which is why it’s important to have a strategic planner who is a master of different facets of communication: advertising, public relations, promotion, partnerships, crises management, event organization and research. In fact, Hubert’s expertise is such that it was applauded by his profession with the Personnalité Marketing award in Quebec. He was also the mastermind behind BBR Interculturel, a bleublancrouge service dedicated to communication and marketing, a reflection of the cultural diversity of today’s Quebec in terms of its mission to change the course of things.
