Justin Kingsley

Vice-president, Special Operations

Justin Kingsley specializes in strategy and creativity at Bleublancrouge, one of the 10 best advertising agencies in Canada in 2008 and 2009 according to Strategy Magazine and Marketing Magazine. Perfectly bilingual, Justin develops strategies and ideas for various clients on a national and an international scale. Marketing Magazine has named him one of Canada’s 25 most creative people (Creative Faceoff 2009).

As Vice-President within Bleublancrouge, Justin develops strategies and creative for clients such as the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Organizing committee, The Montreal Gazette, Bristol Myers Squibb, the University of Montreal, the Laurentian Bank, Katimavik, and many others. In addition, Justin is a regular contributor to the Gazette and Canwest as an guest columnist, and publishes articles in a variety of magazines and blogs.

He also leads the youth division of Bleublancrouge, named BW. BW’s mandate is to develop innovative non-traditional communications campaigns and research projects to reach younger audiences. His clients have included Ubisoft, Burger King, Blue Dog, Bishop’s University, the SPVM, the City of Montreal, Rated Rookies and the Groupe Desjardins.

A former Press Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Justin was responsible for all economic portfolios in the PMO in 2003-2004. Prior, he was Chief, Media Relations for the Government of Canada’s communications division, Communication Canada. He has also worked for the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as Director, Communications and Government Relations.
