Luc possesses vast experience in research marketing, specifically in the travel and tourism sector. He has conducted numerous major studies for leading companies in the public and private sectors. He has been in charge of a large number of marketing research mandates in the travel and tourism field to the satisfaction of such clients as Intrawest, Tourism Alberta, Tourism Quebec, Les Associations touristiques associées du Québec, Tremblant, Le Massif and VIA Rail, among many others.

He is also often invited to speak on marketing research and tourism. His conferences deal notably with understanding and analyzing the consumers’ market and their motivations, as well as the best strategies for reaching and winning over target segments. Complementing his research expertise is a solid background in strategy development and tactics.
