Who we are

We are a full-service agency and our specialty is developing ideas, as our motto suggests, that change the course of things. What this means, for BBR and our clients, is creative work that wins market-share and peer recognition.

Our agency is structured to develop and deliver outstanding ideas and campaign. Everything begins and ends with our creative department, which is led by a trio of experts – Gaétan Namouric, an Executive VP and CD who oversees the department, Dominique Trudeau, a VP and CD who has won two digital Lions at Cannes, and Marie-Hélène Trottier, a VP and CD who leads the graphic design team and came to us from legendary design houses such as Epoxy.

Once ideas are developed and approved, they can go through any of a number of shops within our shop. We have a two-headed Media offering that develops strategies and buys space, there’s a Healthcare and Pharmaceutical division that delivers national campaigns for a variety of clients, as well as a Relationship and Direct Marketing division. In addition, BBR has a specialized youth division called BW that is located in trendy clothing store, an Intelligence division that conducts quantitative and qualitative research, as well as BBR Intercultural, which has an international reputation for its behavioural expertise. Finally, there’s our studio, named Police, because they protect and serve the ideas.

What makes us unique? We come to work happy, for a start. Our entire shop is built on developing and protecting great ideas that deliver results. We love great work by other agencies because it pushes us to be better. We think intense competition is great, as long as you can sit down and have a beer together at the end of the day.
