Rouge Fm wanted a facelift by changing it visual identity and it programming.
Why red? Because it's emotional, Rouge FM is acolorful radio that will appeal to the heart of Quebecers.
And it's not every day that a Quebec radio network changes its DNA! All the best to Rouge fm!
