There’s no denying that the 2.0 trend left in its wake a more demanding, constantly changing web than ever before. For Sephora, this meant it was time to revamp its social media platforms. The goal was to ensure a strong and striking online presence, nationwide, in both languages. In other words, in addition to managing promotions, newsletters and posts from the existing editorial calendar, we needed to stay on top of trending topics in order to produce real-time reactive content.
