Inspired by the Cannes Master Class of Creativity where our team won silver two years in a row, Bleublancrouge is proud to present the second edition of the BBR Master Class.

This unique training program gives young talent the chance to discover the agency world and develop the tools required to perform in an industry that doesn’t always carve out a space for the next generation.

Selections —

Following a selection process, 24 candidates will be invited to work on a mandate for Ubisoft while attending five training sessions given by BBR leaders.

Teams —

The group will be divided into teams of six: Account Services, Strategy, Production, Art Director, Copywriter, and Media.

Campagne —

Participants will draw on what they have learned to develop and pitch a campaign to the “masters”. The four teams of future stars will battle it out, and those who rise to the top will have the chance to win an internship or a contract at Bleublancrouge.

Results —

Last year, 7 participants were offered internships and 4 of them are now at the agency full time.
