Émilie Dallaire joins Bleublancrouge as Vice President, Strategic Affairs

In this new key role at Bleublancrouge, Émilie Dallaire is setting out to create synergy among the various talents harboured by the Humanise Collective, which brings together eight specialized independent agencies with offices in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Paris, Dubai and Singapore.

Émilie’s appointment ties in with the agency’s intent to strengthen its strategic and creative offering to meet the current and future needs of the market and our industry.

“I’ve always thought of myself as someone who brings people together. I make sure that the top experts are working in the top disciplines to create maximum value for my clients,” Émilie explains. “What’s great about Bleublancrouge and Humanise is that I get to cater to my own curiosity through the vast pool of talent present in these organizations – whether they specialize in experiential, content creation or emerging creativity. It’s a massive playground where we can let our imaginations loose in favour of innovative, compelling initiatives that take our clients, and their brands, further.”

Over 18 years, Émilie honed her ability to assemble the best multidisciplinary teams working as a consultant for renowned companies such as the SAQ, BDC, Intact Assurance and the SQDC. This extensive experience enabled her to develop skills in such diverse fields as emerging media, relationship marketing and futurology, making Émilie a trusted ally to her partners.

“Émilie has an insatiable desire for innovation and is always tuned into the latest trends,” says Marie-Claude Lachance, President of Bleublancrouge and Vice President of Integrated Strategic Solutions at Humanise. “In an industry that’s in constant flux, she’s an invaluable asset, helping mobilize the multidisciplinary teams we need to drive today’s brands forward.”

The best decisions start with real conversations.
