Humanise Collective and Bleublancrouge become B Corp

A new chapter in how we commit and keep getting better.

Humanise Collective and Bleublancrouge have become Certified B Corporations, joining a global community of organizations that meet high social and environmental standards, as well as rigorous expectations around responsible governance and transparency.

Rather than treating B Corp as a box to tick, the agencies see it as a framework for documenting their impact, setting concrete goals and structuring their long-term progress. Because B Corps are recertified every three years, the process creates a regular reality check: taking stock of where you stand, owning the gaps and adjusting course.

“Becoming a B Corp means being willing to look at yourself with clear eyes,” says Valérie Provost, Vice President, Talent and Culture. “Today, businesses don’t have the luxury of being passive when it comes to ESG commitments. They need to step up, lead by example and measure their impact. We’re obviously proud to join the B Corp community, but we see it first and foremost as an added responsibility: using our influence with our teams, our clients and our partners to move practices in the right direction, instead of resting on our laurels.”

“Humanise was built on the belief that an agency can be ambitious, high-performing and deeply responsible at the same time,” says Sébastien Fauré, President and Co-founder of Humanise Collective. “Becoming a B Corp validates that direction, but more importantly it commits us to what comes next. We want to show that a collective of independent agencies can grow by putting impact on people, communities and the environment at the centre of its decisions. Our real measure of success will be our ability to keep raising the bar year after year.”

The best decisions start with real conversations.
